Car boot
Sunday morning we headed off to Hartford High school car boot and set up. We chose a good day for a car boot as it was hot and sunny all day. We made £30.65 to add to my fundraising efforts and hopefully there will be another nice weekend to do a final car boot this year.
Band Night
The band night went really well, Phoenix were amazing and played an excellent set. The turn out was only 16 people, but the atmosphere was good and everyone who came left saying how good the night and band were. I have already had requests to hold another band night!
There was a raffle and entry fee and overall I raised £72 which I am really pleased with.
Thank you to my friend Ste for hiring the room, and a big thank you to the band for putting on such a good show!

Band night
There is going to be a band night at the Gladstone club in Northwich on Saturday 12th September (you may have seen it advertised in the Guardian) entry is £2 and the fantastic band "phoenix" are playing, they are a classic rock covers band and put on a brilliant show. The band are very generously playing for free as all money raised goes towards my cause. There will also be a raffle and bar.

Car boot sale
6am Monday morning I was up and loading Matt's car for the car boot at Moss Farm festival. We got there and there was a bit of drizzle, not the best start to the day.....
By 9am the sun was out and I even got a bit of sun burn! I was face painting which raised £20 towards my cause (my badly attempted butterfly was in the guardian on wednesday) We sold a lot of books and suprisingly a lot of videos and bits and pieces, I am very pleased with how the day went. In total I raised £105 which is all going towards my teaching trip next year.
I must say a special thank you to the very generous residents of Northwich who donated items to me, Thank you!
