Analisa and I met up with Jodie and Milzie at 8.30am outside our gate to share our usual taxi to the school and catch up. I told them all about my bungee jump and we watched the video on my laptop when we got to the office, the other teachers watched it as well. I’m quite proud of myself for actually doing the bungee jump and the video is quite a funny reminder.
My first lesson today was English with grade 1A doing phonics and reading, then in the afternoon I had grade 2C for a spelling test and then back with 1C to play maths games. A nice easy day to start the week! After school I had a mandarin lesson (I’m slowly getting the hang of it!) Then I went with a few of the teachers to the American restaurant for tea. Milzie and Jodie have a leak in their apartment and can’t stay there so they are staying on our sofa tonight, it feels a bit like a slumber party! Feeling quite tired and have to be up early to buy my train ticket to Shanghai for October half term (Golden week) so that’s it from me.
